You’ve obviously survived some turmoil and turnover. something about the current situation has obviously triggered your spidey senses so I would think it’s time to get your resume and contacts together. You may want to contact a headhunter based on the statement that you are going to have a hard time finding comparable wages in the industry. Worst case scenario is you are being overly cautious, everything blows over and you turn down any offers. that’s certainly better than being caught unprepared
